We love hospitality and we understand the intricacies involved in managing different team structures. We’ve worked hard to ensure our systems are easy to implement within existing team structures, and that they will dazzle you, not bamboozle you.

Hospitality makes me happy.

There was nothing like the sound of clinking glasses filtering up from the Coogee Bay Hotel beer garden on a Friday afternoon and the excited hum of a growing crowd settling in to woo the oncoming weekend with joy.

Fast forward 10 or so years and I still think back to those heady days and how many venues I've had the absolute pleasure of working with since. The fundamentals I learned have been honed and I've certainly grown up, but I've never strayed from within the hospitality sector - why would anyone?

I established My Marketing Department (MMD) to allow myself to work with more people in more venues and in more ways...

Marketing / Account Manager

I’ve been passionate about hospitality since day one. I walked into my local pub at 18, took a job as a glassie to support myself through university, and never looked back.

After mastering front-of-house operations across food & beverage, gaming, functions and major events, I made the transition into sales and marketing and have since had marketing management roles at venue and group level in clubs and pubs.

My marketing experience has allowed me to understand what customers want and how to deliver it to them, and my operations knowledge enables me to execute things in a way that will work effectively for your venue.

Marketing Projects Manager

Born and raised in France, I have a long history working within the hospitality industry.

Since the age of 16, I dedicated all my Summers and spare time working in bars, restaurants, cafés and pubs. It is an industry that I truly love - there is always something to do, someone to talk to and the excitement never stops.

I graduated with a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing and Brand Development in 2014. As a part of my masters, I had to validate a work experience overseas and I had the fantastic opportunity to work for EXM Marketing, a branch of Vivaldi PR in Bangkok.

This 6 month experience was one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done and convinced me that I wanted to travel the world and work in the marketing field...
