Launched in late 2023, Salt & Spencer is a new restaurant / cafe / bar located on the ground floor of Mollymook Golf Club. The precinct features a kiosk for takeaway food, a café by day and a fine dining restaurant & bar by night.
MMD achieved great results and continue to service the business for all their marketing needs.
Some highlights include:
Developed the entire creative concept including the name, branding and all associated collateral
Developed and managed social media content creation on Facebook & Instagram (posts, stories, videos and reels).
Implemented social media organic growth strategy: +377 Instagram followers in the first 4 weeks / +620 followers in the first 4 months of launch.
Implemented Meta paid ads strategies: 85.1k Facebook reach and 19.9k Instagram reach, 900+ clicks total in the first 3 month of launch.
